  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Order Shipping: Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to the selected shipping method.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping:
    Delivery within 5-7 business days (depending on your location).
    Free on orders over $50 (within the United States).
  • Expedited Shipping:
    Delivery within 2-3 business days.
    A flat rate applies based on your order size and shipping address.
  • International Shipping:
    Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination, but typically range from 7-14 business days.
    International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
    • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50.
    • Shipping costs for orders under $50 will be calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery method.
  • International Shipping:
    Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, weight of the order, and shipping method.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply to international shipments.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order status through the shipping carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

If you haven’t received tracking information within 2 business days after your order has shipped, please contact us at support@inspireupliftbooks.com.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship to the United States and select international countries. Shipping restrictions may apply to certain products or locations.
  • P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Please provide a physical address for shipping.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Shipments: If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame or tracking shows it is lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package. We will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund.

7. Address Changes

If you need to make any changes to your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@inspireupliftbooks.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, please be aware that some external factors, such as weather conditions, high order volumes, or carrier delays, may result in shipping delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
