Returns Policy 


At InspireUpliftBooks.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and easy-to-understand returns policy. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them. Books must be in new, resellable condition.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Books that have been opened or used.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable content, eBooks, or digital products.
  • Personalized or custom items (if applicable).
  • Items marked as final sale.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we review your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Return Shipping: After receiving your RMA, you are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return reaches us safely.

Please Note: Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Refund Timing: Refunds will typically be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item is damaged, opened, or not in resellable condition, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the order. We will provide a pre-paid return label for you to send the item back at no cost to you, and we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on availability.


7. Canceling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We process orders quickly, so we may not be able to cancel your order if it has already been shipped. If your order is shipped, you will need to initiate a return following the steps outlined above.
